What kind of pick does Alexi use?

I am using Jaz III as well, There are perfect pics for shredding! the BLACK one is more better than RED one imo! RED ones a bit slippery!

Jazz IIIs actually live up to the hype I believe...they do what they are meant to do: reduce material on the pick, making it smaller so you can play fast because you don't get caught on strings...awesome picks, all I play with anymore, I did use tortex for forever until I found one of these and haven't looked back
