Still Life for sure, then Ghost Reveries. Really, you can go for anything, but I would work my way backwards. Damnation is one of their best imo, but its not representative of their usual stuff.

I found that GR was the easiest Opeth album for me to listen to.

And it gets boring quicker than any of their other albums.

Maybe not boring, but it definitely gets old quick. Not as nuanced as their other works.

i just like it. lol its by Luis Royo. generally his stuff is aimed too much at female nudity for my taste, but this one displays a certain level of strength AND femininity. pretty cool. also i secretly wish to cut off random peoples heads and use their lifeless bodies as my foot stool
