What scale is teh first Solo of When (Peter's Solo)...!!!

its really cool solo.......rather simple.....but really nice....also waht mode/scale is it....anyone care to tab teh scale for me id really apprecaite it....i dont want the solo tab.,...jsut teh notes of teh scale...tahnx again...!!!......PEAC EOUT

well its an arppegiated G-sharp chord with an added 2nd (9th)

the notes are G#, B, D#, G# B, D#, D#, C#, B G#, D#


I guess you could call it G# minor. or B major.

transcribed a half step down.....its a G minor....well ...hmm....it certainly didnt havea traditionla minor feel to it....!!!....ill try it when I get home....any chance u guys can Tab it for a couple of octaves....id apprecaite it....!!!.......PEAC EOUT
