Apple Magic Mouse.
Fucking loooooooooove it. Was using a Logitech MX510 for years before this though, which is also good - but way different form factor and everything.
Also, this Magic Mouse is wireless (Bluetooth) and I haven't a single issue with it yet. I used to despise wireless mice years ago when I was a competitive gamer on PC, but this MM has been nothing but excellent so far. I don't use a mouse pad either, just right on top of my desk, has a woodgrain veneer on it. Zero issues with that as well.
