What was your first one, two or three rock/metal albums?

Twisted Sister: Stay Hunrgy (plus more of their stuff not long after)
Metallica: Ride The Lightning (well a tape of it from the bloke who lived across the road)
Iron Maiden: Live After Death (my first real metal LP)

Well I knew some hardrock of course that was played in the house when I was little but he first three metal albums I bought myself would have to be:

Metallica - ReLoad (questionable metalness ;) ) in 1997, I still remember it was December!
Metallica - S&M (the same) got it for Christmas 1999
After Forever - Decipher in 2001 (still one of my all-time favourite albums)

EDIT: I guess I misread the thread title, I thought it was only metal. My first three rock albums (and my first albums overall), if I remember correctly:

1) The Offspring - Smash (around 1994-1995 I think, when I was 8-9 years old)
2) Radiohead - OK Computer (when it came out in 1997)
3) Either Nirvana - Nevermind, Radiohead - The Bends or The Smashing Pumpkins - Adore

The first two I'm sure, the rest is a bit of a blur.

Wow, this takes me back :)

Wow oh wow

System of a Down - S/T <---Suck it haterz, I still enjoy this album.
Mudvayne - LD 50 <--and a few from this one, too.
Korn - Follow the Leader/Untouchables

Non-numetal...

This one is easy, they were all recommended to me by a very good friend

Symphony X - The Odyssey
Nevermore - Enemies of Reality
Opeth - Still Life

I don't remember my first rock albums. I have always liked classic rock and stuff like that. I started out with some golden stuff though.

I think they were all Chicago albums. They were my dad's favorite band, and I just progressed from there.

3 Doors Down - The Better Life
Rage Against The Machine - The Battle Of Los Angeles
Katatonia - Viva Emptiness (which was quite shocking at first..^^)

Paradise Lost- Gothic
Kreator-Coma of Souls
Bathory - Blood, Fire, Death
Oldies but goldies! :kickass:

First rock/metal albums I heard:
- Iron Maiden - Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
- Iron Maiden - Number of the Beast
- another Iron Maiden album

First rock/metal albums I bought:
- Iron Maiden - Holy Smoke (CD-single)
- Death - Human
- Sepultura - Schizophrenia

System of a Down is the only band from my "nu-metal shit" era that I still defend. Great band.

But yeah I remember my first "good" dosage of music was
Dream Theater - Train of Though
Opeth - Morningrise
Nevermore - The Politics of Ecstasy :kickass:
