I think I'd prefer a book with poems, essays, thought processes with regards to songs and other people's music (maybe some music recommendations), and some new Travis Smith sketches/artwork could be displayed throughout the book as well, etc..
To me this would be the most rewarding thing to have in my possession (out of the 5 you mention)...

Or one that's 10 normal happy children's songs with 30 minutes of horrible death metal hidden at the end of track 10. If in 10 years no one else has made that, I will somehow.
Hey people, think about this one for a second.... yeah, a dvd/vhs would be the most obvious choice at first glance... but wouldn't you rather just have another Opeth album? (the more Opeth the better) The closest thing to that on the list would be an instrumental album. While for all Opeth albums non-instrumentals is still the best way to go, but it is the best thing on this list. It would be really good because there would be a lot of focus on the music.... I mean, a dvd/vhs wouldn't really have a lot of interesting material to put on it... myabe just some live footage. That wouldn't be THAT exciting....
