I'm not into a whole lot of prog, but then I haven't really been listening to what few prog bands I like for that long. Dream Theater, Symphony X, Opeth, Nevermore, Arcturus, OSI, Queensryche...I guess I'm still considering "mainstream" or some other stupid label.
