if you're a guy and you pee more than 10 times a day you're probably drinking too much water or you're eating too much sugar which is screwing up your sodium balance. give your glomeruli (sp?) a break!

I pee on average twice for every beer.



so on average 12 times in a matter of hours, almost every night.
