i hate "pee" dreams

no i didn't make a mess in my bed this morning.

what i am referring to is that since i have this affliction where i wake up having to pee really badly every morning, sometimes it will enter into my dreams especially if i wake up and fall back asleep before peeing.

before, if i had to pee and i was dreaming at the same time the dream would consist of me trying to pee unsuccessfully and getting so frustrated that i would wake up and take care of it.

NOW, when the similar situation happens, i will actually pee in my dreams(but not in real life) and its ten times worse because i pee for like five minutes in the dream and end up with no actual relief until i wake up and take care of it.

i used to have a recurring pee in my dreams, and i would always wake up scared that i actually did pee. It was really unpleasant, but I got it to stop happening when finally, in my dream, I realized it was a dream and chose not to pee, and just hold it. Then i woke up, peed for real (into the toilet), and i never had the recurring dream again.

I wake up nightly at 2am to let my dogs out to pee. regardless of whether or not they peed before bed.
