I'm just asking because you seemed excited to have those things and they are fairly standard here, or at least in every single apartment I've lived in. Balconies are cool, especially if you have a view of sun-tanning sluts.

Good to hear things are going well. You can't listen to doom for a while then. Well, you can listen to trad doom, because there's really nothing doomy (in the truest sense of the word) about most of it.

Showers/baths and kitchens are OBVIOUSLY very standard but not necessarily in student apartments/dorms... and this is a student apartment
