LOL! Unfortunately we were only at the Amsterdam airport this time.
Jenna, we flew over you!!! We think the Vertigo was at Amsterdam, but we're not sure yet. We'll have to get her/him to talk story when it arrives back home.
BTW, it's GOOD to be home! I have never slept so much in my life!!

I'm slowly learning the ins and outs of my new camera that I got for Xmas- just in time!

it was piped in so you could hear it 5 times a day where ever you were - when we visited the mosque we saw the guy singing live - he's standing in front of a more traditional stone microphone. vintage acoustics huh!

Awesome!!.. I bet that it was kind of hard to get back into Iron Maiden mode after experiencing something like that. Unforgettable for sure.

Nice photos. I bet the American soldiers loved having the band come out there. How did the show or shows go? Any resistance from the locals about a female metal band playing in their country?
