where to get heavy strings heavy Gauge 11 and up

Yeah, I mentioned that, but some people think of it like a nuclear reactor and others have never heard of it.

Fabbio, a 60 in standard is common practice among jazz guys, and since he tunes down a half step on a 24.75" LP he's not going to have as much tension as, say, a 25.5" Tele. It'll take a lot more to snap a neck than that, I'd hope.

I don't think a 60's gonna warp anything but calluses, as JBroll said, it's a common thing on jazz guys, and it doesn't unglue bridges on their archtops or break necks on them.
Hetfield used 56 I think on the black tour, Marty Friedman Used 52's from rust in peace till now, and I'm talking about neck through or set in guitars, where a fuckup is a big one.

Ive bought from JustStrings.com before... never a problem.

I use Pyramids and Thomastik Infelds.. and the difference in tone is totally noticable... Ill never use anything else besides those two, and they make them in some thicker gauges... but they ARE expensive!

Don't remeber what the lowest string is on my beritone, but it's heavier than a G string on a standard bass (standard strings nothing wierd). I could never go E tuning the strings would snap highest I have ever gone has been open D and that was tight, tight like a tiger.
