Which Ulver era do you like the best?

Hard to for me to decide here. "Bergtatt" and "Kveldssanger" are great, so is the Svidd Neger soundtrack. Brings me the same nutty feeling as the movie

I'd say the new one. Kveldssanger is a great album but I finally tried out their black metal stuff and it's just not my thing. I don't really like any black metal to be honest. The only black metal band I've heard that I can say I enjoyed on first listen was Enslaved.
So yeah...new era for me.

Svidd Neger and Lykcanthropen Themes are just blinders imo.. Bergtatt is obviously a brilliant album too.. But if i have to chosoe between their different eras then i know which one immediately.

I like the black metal stuff first 3 albums, but Garm can pull some tricks off the treat.
