Who do you think are the best prog metal bands today?

Since they use every metalcore trick in the book, mind you that doesn't mean they suck.

But they have the riffing of metalcore bands, the breakdowns of them, whiney clean vocals and harsh vocals, rediculous vocal harmonies, etc.

Sorry but based on the songs I've heard from IE they have melodeath style riffing and absolutely nothing else thast even vaguely ties them to metalcore. The rest of those features are from other genres that have been borrowed by (mostly) super-generic bands playing to the crowd, none of them are really related to metalcore at all.
