Who do I have tok kill to get comp like yours...? :Smug:

Well... me :loco:

Actually, I been planning to get a new graphics card, I have
Crucial Radeon 8500LE with 128MB RAM now, but I been
thinking of getting a Matrox P750 and 2 more 17" Samsung TFTs
to get a huge 3 monitor desktop, unfortunately even with having
a job it was a distant dream...

I also have a crappy Pentium 90MHz, with some 32MB of RAM
and a 850MB HDD, 15" Compaq :yell: monitor and a real shitty
graphics card... I am planning to use that as my FreeBSD test
machine when I have time.

233Mhz
32 Mb ram
4,2 Gb space
56K modem connection.

don´t know about the rest, but you got the picture...

I win, don´t I?

ah, bragging about computer stuff:

my normal machine consists of:
1.6 GHz Athlon XP
40 GB HDD
Samsung 19" Monitor
GeForce 4 4200 Ti
256MB RAM
32x RW-Burner
running Win

Then there's the gateway Linux box:
466MHz Celeron
4 + 40 GB HDD
GeForce2 MX
no monitor
384 MB RAM
CDRom drive
running Linux, serves files & shares T1 cable line

and finally the laptop:
1 GHz PIII
256MB RAM
20GB HDD
DVD-ROM
running Linux & Win

all connected via 100MB switch

I should get out some of the old ones around here... I have one with a 286 10 mhz processor... it had commander keen and civilization.. that's all it could run. I need to find that..

Steve

Just bought an ECS Desknote box with celeron 2.0, 512 Mb DDR RAM, 40 Gb HDD. Also have a desktop AMD Duron 1.3. After seeing some unique setups here, I don't pretend to win this game, sorry :/

where you need such brilliant graphic card?
What kind of powereating games you play? :loco:

Actually it would be nice to have a graphics card that could
actually have drivers available for it ;)
And more than 1MB RAM ;)

I think this weekend I will install Win98 on it and start playing
some old games, since I have a CD full of classics, like North &
South, Pirates!, Master Of Magic, Master Of Orion and so on.

@all-with-comps-made-after-year-2000:
My comp is fine too. o_O

Mine mine mine, is the most crappy!
It kept committing suicide..! (i.e. rebooting itself every five minutes. Terribly annoying, I tell you :Smug: )
And now.. The computer seemed all happy and cheerfull, ..and now the screen is sorta dpwn, sometimes it just goes black without any reason.. Hmm./ Actually very grim and tr00, I spose. However, not very handy.
Anddd we are supposed to have the quickest connection around, and it still sucks..! And besides, we have a firewall. DAMN annoying.
Well, at least its no commodore or 56k.
*flames computer*
