I am a tightwad and am waiting for my free movie ticket to come in the mail (upc offer w/ DVD) before I go. Everyone I talk to says it sucks though. Not that I care, I have to see it. I have my doubts it exceeds X-2, what a classic.

me and a shitload of friends went to see it opening night... pretty good i thought. it's another movie where you're going to have to see it again (and maybe even a third time) to get all the info you need.
there was more fighting than i could handle though. i can only take so many wireharness jump-flips and and so many kicks so hard they make you fly 40 feet into a brick wall.

cool, my pass shoud be here soon. In the meantime, LOTR II is playing out the local $1 theatres. Who am I to not see LOTR for a buck??? On Tuesday it's 50cent. I have a notion to walk into the 7, walk back out and watch the 10pm show as well.

If my husband gets a day off while it's still in the theaters, we'll go. I've missed so many movies in the last couple of years, it really doesn't bother me anymore, even if it's something I really want to see. Hollywood Video is a good friend of mine.
Reloaded was brilliant. The story is as soild as they come and it's setting up Revolutions perfectly.

I give Matrix a 9 out of 10.
It would have gotten a 10 if it showed Trinity's boobies.
Also, there were these cock-grabbers near me talking almost the whole time. They were in the row in front of me, a couple seats to the right. I finally leaned forward, got right next to Cock-grabber #1 and went:

I think I might have got some spit on his cheek in the process. He said, "Sorry".
Then I sat back. This kid (about 13-years-old) in front of me turned and said, "Thank You!"
About 3 minutes later, the cock-grabbers were talking again. My friend was sitting right behind them, and he KICKED the seat of Cock-grabber #1. They didn't talk much after that.....

It was a great flick, I think some ppl are dissapointed with it because they expect it to thrill them like the first one did.But when we saw the first one it came out of nowhere. We were shocked at what we were seeing. This one doesn't have that going for it. We see this kind of action on comercials now. Its a great movie, for an added mind fuck search arount for Matrix and religion articals on the net. Some of the stuff they go in to in very interesting.
The beginning is a little slow. And several scenes throughout the movie just go on waaaaay too long. But the rest of it is awesome. Once it gets going, it only rarely gives you a chance to catch your breath. I found it doesn't really desrve some of the harsh criticism it has received. I think the movie makes an easy target so critics jump on the bandwagon.

I saw Matrix reloaded the day it came out, and I thought I was a pretty good movie. I never saw the first one but I could pretty much piece things together from the second. my roomates thought it wasn't that good. Especially the "To Be Concluded" ending.

they warned it would leave you hanging. But they had origianelly wanted the 3rd movie to hit screens like a couple months later.

I saw it today, I thought it was just okay. The journey to find the Keymaker was really just an excuse for three or four fight scenes and that whole thing with the Architect was way too long and confusing.

yeah, I saw it. I compare it to an Opeth cd or anyother complicated cds on my fav list. I loved the movie but it will require multiple viewings to have everything down but I am sure that it will maintain as a fav for years to come.

I definitely agree with the distraction to find the keymaker. They had better tie that and some other loose ends up in the 3rd one. I found the movie highly enjoyable, but not nearly as good as the first overall. The fight scenes were the best thing this one had going for it. it was too choppy for me. Pretty good flick overall.....just got out of it 20 min. ago. And yes I would give it a 10 if it showed her teots. However, it scores an 8. BTW am I the only guy who only thinks that Carrie Ann Moss is fine with her hair down and messy? Shes a dog w/ it all slicked back and "Matrixed" out.
But being the huge Jason fan that I am, I got more of a rise out of the "Freddy vs Jason" preview than the "T3" preview.....
