who here uses analog summing?

So, Andy ... does that mean you are mixing everything ITB? Or are you doing something other than using the Dangerous unit?
Thanks

Scott

Edit: never mind! I found the answer. You do all of your stuff ITB, right? Your Dangerous unit is on the floor of the live room ... well, you have probably moved it by now. Do you use something like the McDSP Analog Channel or something similar (on the 2-Bus)?

I found the answer .... you're mixing in Pro Tools. But what are using (if anything)? Are you using something like McDSP's Analog Channel on the Master?
Thanks

I use a modded neotek elite for summing, just sounds more "real" then when I try to sum in the box. Things are changing with the URS Channel Strip Pro though, thats a must.

I'm demo'ing the channel strip pro right now.

This plug is amaaaaazing. Really. Probably the first plug-in that made me actually go 'wow' after only using it for a couple of minutes.

It fucking ROCKS on Vocals. Rocks hard. I may not buy a UAD-1 after all.

On the drum buss and 2-buss it's awesome as well.
