Yeah from what I saw, it's a spam page that just uses someones photo album. People add her as a friend, then they get all your contact info for mailing lists, telemarketing, etc.

One easy way to confirm this, is check and see if she has ongoing conversations with friends on her wall. If not, it's for sure a fake.
