Let's not forget Kev's amazing tickling abilities on the Ivory keys. My ass was planted and my jaw didn't come off the floor. Hell, they pretty much just kicked my arse into NEXT year's PP. Dreamscape also blew me away. Hadn't felt like this about seeing multiple bands on the same stage since the "Too Much For My Mind" dream lineup of QR, DT and FW.

Well I might be biased since I have been a Stephen Forte/Adagio fan since they came out but I have to agree Stephan/Franck and Kevin were probably the most technical musicians at PP...Dreamscape and Brainstorm kicked my ass as well...POS were incredible. Kamelot sounded great too as I have always been a huge Khan fan even with Conception. Pretty much all bands did an incredible job...I feel a little bad for not catching most of the Edguy set...but you can blame the booze and a few people I was talking too for that!

I think it was Wuthering Heights. That dude with the short hair was seriously shredding. The drumming was also pretty intense.

I agree with adaher - the lead guitarist for WH (I apologize for not knowing his name) was awesome. His amp had a digital display of the chords he played (A, B, C etc). Of course not every chord he played was a true A chord or true B chord, but during one of his solos the display was going nuts: I couldn't keep up with the letters as they were flashing by.
Other guitarists were frigging crazy, too, but I think I was just in awe of the kid from WH cuz I could actually visualize what he was doing (as I am in no way a musician).

IE kicked ass as well! I still think Stephan by far was the most technical guitarist however all the others mentioned are no slouches! Give it up for the great performances!!!!

Adagio, Dreamscape, IE, PoS, with a side of WH....and it's not as if any of the bands were slouches, either. This is the glory of ProgPower, after all.

Well, Forte is probably the most accomplished virtuoso of all the guitarists that played Progpower. I just think that the guy from WH had a better night. Dang, I didn't notice that chord display. That would have been cool to watch during some of those super-fast solos.
