Who's Looking Forward to a Concept Album?

I love concept albums, they give the album more depth and meaning. Considering Mike even admits that his lyrics are random meaningless stuff I much prefer concept albums

If you look at this board it is clear that the fan favorites are the two concept albums. While i wouldnt want Mike to write one just "because", if it came along naturally and fit the music, than that would be great. I too much prefer more meaningful lyrics and the sweeping scope of a story. Call it a soft spot for bards.

He's a good storyteller, but King Diamond is the most perfect storyteller of the universe...

What Blackwater Park said is right, King Diamond has that gift of tell stories in such magnificent ways, incredible.
