Why does'nt Andy due Deathmetal?

I know he's done a couple of bands that I consider real Deathmetal, but for the most part he does Thrash. Is it because most DM bands are poor? I would love to hear him apply his craft to bands like Behemoth or Nile, that would be huge!

I think he's answered these questions before, and the answer is something like, he works with the bands that the labels or whatever hook them up with, I don;t think he goes around hand picking...

I could also be dead wrong but.

I'd consider Arch Enemy death metal...

Hmm, I once hated all these stereotypes but...

he was mentioning Behemoth, Nile... so basically I'd say that's more in the Brutal Death, somewhat Black/Death "genre".
I'd say Arch Enemy is way more versatile, also thrashy and of course melodic!
Come to think of it... hard to put AE into one area, as well as Killswitch and Devildriver. Maybe Andy has just some appetite for bands who somewhat brought or bring a fresh flavour to metal...ha...just a thought.

I think Andy's production fits more for modern thrash/heavy/groove metal acts than death metal ones anyway.
