Will Shlomit Levi be on the US tour?

Nope- Shlomit usually does not go out with the band on tours. Sorry to disappoint you.

It's all about budget. If the band has the budget for another man on their tour, they'll prefer to have a soundman/backliner etc.

I always thought it was because of costs involved and because she mainly does backing vocals in some songs that she rarely travels with the band on tour. Note as well that the band's MySpace lists her as an official band member while biographies on various other sites contradict each other on it: some list her as a band member whereas some others don't list her and only briefly mention her amongst the guest contributors. I believe the band themselves for one do consider her as a band member, since her role within the band is growing more important than just doing the backing vocals on some tracks like in some songs from previous albums.
