Both sound excellent.

Quick question-- were any of the songs that were recorded last year the track (or bones of) the track that was 'cut' from Woods III? Or was there a track cut from Woods IV? Can't remember...

These two tracks are purely songs written in Summer 2010 and recorded in the August "Woods IV.5" sessions.

There was one song from W4 that was cut because 17 songs wouldn't fit on CD. The music was recorded but it was never finished with vocals. It's never been heard. I really did like it, in fact, it rocked, but something had to be cut and that track was the most practical choice at the time.

Everything recorded for WIII appeared on CD, as it was once intended to be the "final" WoY album (re: The Dead is Dead).

As I said on Twiter (@BroUnleashed) I reallllly want to hear that track with the badass middle-eastern sounding riff, on Youtube. Regardless, if these two tracks were on Woods IV, they'd be in my top 5 of tracks from that album, and I love that album to bits.

PayPaling when I get home!

I got mine today, as well! Just after I saw them on the merch table in Vancouver on saturday....I noticed my copy was a lot higher then I expected, (more so for the fact I saw lower numbers on the merch table) did you bring the first 100 on tour or something David?

Glad to see posts announcing receipt of these yesterday. Hopefully my copies won't be far behind!

Edit: Was received, most excellent!
