SS: And you guys had to change your band name from Legacy to Testament cause Legacy was already taken apparently . Did Billy Milano really think of the name Testament?

EP: Yeah we were recording the record in New York and we were good friends with him at the time and I think we were at a BBQ at Billy’s house and we were thinking about names. I came up with Cryptic Tales or something fuckin Cryptic? And Billy’s drinking beer and I remember it was like Animal House...He burped and he goes” Call it Testament”(laughs) So we all kinda went wow that sounds cool. So I drew up the logo for it, so it was killer cause it was Legacy music so we called the album The Legacy. So that kinda worked out.

all that i know, is that THE GATHERING was the best testament album ever if you ask me, fuck that supergroup on VH1, that testament album was the real supergroup.

1.) The Gathering
2.) Demonic
3.) Low
4.) Live at the Fillmore

The rest really don't do much for me and are just collecting dust in my cd collection. James Murphy IS the shit!
