Not really sure what's so hard about the installation... I signed up for an account, downloaded the install file and clicked next a few times and it was done in like 10 minutes and works just fine...

Tried some time ago. Yes, the new installation procedure is ... cough. Another licence/download/etc manager preventing offline installations etc. Sorry, XLN. About limitations of the free grand - as far as I remember the free edition has only four octaves which makes it pretty useless for any real usage.

I'm actually surprised how good it sounds, though. Limited, definitely, but the free version of Addictive Drums in comparison sucks complete ass... is AD this bad usually? Glad I never bought it
