Yay! I got a new bass :)

In a move akin to Professor Steven Hawkins buying a pair of Nike Air Jordans, I have treated myself to a Modulus Quantum 5 bass.

It looks like this, but with 5 strings.

I would like to thank George W Bush for screwing up the US economy, enabling me to buy this lovely piece of kit for half the price I could get it for over here.

Very nice purchase, Lee. I was able to play one of those at a shop and man was it fun. Easy and smooth. I didn't even plug it in and it sang!

anymore, I get a little more excited to lay down the bass guitar tracks versus the normal guitars, even though I call myself a "guitarist." I love the looseness and raw power.
