Symbolic's sexy groove 'Sacred Serenity' definitely scores it ahead of the bunch in my opinion. The Sound of Perseverance and Individual Thought Patterns have to tie for second for me. A very difficult poll might I add.

Death is so goddamn amazing.

I agree that it's hard as fuck to pick. I would have to go with Human though....edging out Symbolic.

Human, followed very closely by Leprosy, then Scream Bloody Gore

Flattening Of Emotions, Lack of Comprehension and Vacant Planets put Human over the top for me.

I just realized I haven't heard Leprosy, and my favourite is Human with Scream Bloody Gore.

Leprosy was the best balance of technicality/brutality and still not too preachy lyrics ... both of which i think were a bit much in later Death, as much as I loved all their releases.

Leprosy. Not much to discuss really. Everything I heard from those guys pretty much kicked ass. Except Sound of Perseverance failed to impress me back then, I certainly should/will revisit.
