That Akercocke album, I forgot what it's called.

It was an alright/above average year, at least from my purchases. It's hard for me to find all the really underground stuff. At my record store, the most obscure thing they have is Opeth, so it's hard.
 
I'll eventually post my top albums.......i've actually been trying to do this lately, after listening to about 40 albums from 2005.

My personal favourite is Naglfar's "Pariah". A great year for Swedish metal.
