your favorite band?

My favourite bands nowdays are anathema and pink floyd. Although I listened to the kind of doom-like metal stuff like mdb, opeth, paradiselost, katatonia etc before years nowdays simply I dont like them. Especially mdb and paradiselost is simply extremely boring for me (as all nowdays-metal I think). Their latest albums of katatonia dont like them also as a whole. Ok, 2 or 3 songs of each of these albums is good but that isnt enough for me. The same applies for opeth. As for the older metal stuff of bands like sabbath, maiden, metallica etc, it is good although I have bored to listen to them too.
 
most favourite bands of all time: Anathema, Led Zeppelin

the ones that come after that: Metallica, Opeth, Paradise Lost

They do ...
But the studio albums are excellent stuff !
 
Yeah I totally agree,
Their albums are great from In the woods,
but live , damn.
I saw them only once, and cried a lot, it was terrible.

I gues lack of live experiance
