The whole Final Fantasy series has great OSTs. Though, I personally think Nobuo Uematsu's greatest composure was Final Fantasy VIII.

Silent Hill 3 also has a badass soundtrack. I listen to it when I'm in a calm, surreal mood. Mainly late at night on a Saturday while drunk off of my ass.
