This is a tough one...I actually wanted to place Michael Jackson in here even, but...I don't know (his vocals are sometimes beyond amazing then they downright suck on the softer side.)

I can understand all 4 being considered better than Jonas but I really can't get ville valo_Ok he is a good singer but what's the big deal anyway?I think he is nowhere near Jonas.

@Mourner: Well, I guess it's his range...Jonas more or less sounds the same all the time (even though he IS magnificent for conveying such incredible emotion.) Valo seems to have like 4 different vocal styles - VERY deep, deep, high-pitched and somewhere between - and the transitions from each is incredibly hard to do. I like what he does with his voice. (ex. check out his style on songs like Gone with the Sin and Join Me (deep and high) whereas Right Here in my Arms is completely different to those. Ok, I'm going into too much detail as usual here....


And crap...David Gilmour, Thom Yorke, John Lennon and David Bowie all deserve a RESPECTABLE nod, for sure. Aargh...as well, Mick Moss and Vince Cavanagh. Really, too many to name.
