My beloved KING CRIMSON (early 80's version):kickass::kickass::kickass:

great videos...great memories. Dave Hollis sounds a little like Steve Hogarth from Marillion

I love "It's My Life". That's a great tune! I didn't realize they were the band who did that song.

He does a bit... I just like how they lay down a groove and go with it...

The still of Myles Goodwin made me think that was Lou Gramm and I was expecting a Foreigner video. I guess I should have looked at the title and I would have realized it was April Wine. Great surprise though! I first heard that song in 1981 on a college radio station called KVHS (out of Concord, CA). I went out and bought the album right away and I remember taking it to the Senior Pool Party my high school had and blasting it for all to hear. People liked it so much I think the band sold another hundred copies after that day, LOL.

Not too many people are familiar with Black Sabbath's stuff after Dio. Tony Martin gets my vote as the best unknown singer who is not heard as much as he deserves. I love the Black Sabbath albums from the late 80's on.

I had never even heard of this dude. He's pretty damned good.

"Headless Cross"??? I know they're trying to sound scary and evil, but that's just a stupid name for an album. I would think that a cross with a head on it would be a bit scarrier!

Paranoid was the only Sabbath record I owned until a few months ago. Tony Iommi rocks!

I think HC set the new record for references to Satan!! I followed all era's of Sabbath they all had their own gifts... and they all had Tony Iomi!!:kickass::kickass:

I posted this yesterday, but this forum hates me! :ill:

I'll try again...

This is Samus, the new drummer for Abigail Williams (one of my favorite bands).

For this video, he's playing along with the instrumental (sans vocals) track for "Empyrean...Into the Cold Wastes".

I can't imagine the memory it'd take to play this. Not to mention, the level of skill!

Whether you like this type of music or not, you gotta give it up for this dude!

Vandenberg...or van den Berg (Adrian's real name). It's the original "Burning Heart" video and then the same line up performing it again in 2004. Awesome stuff!
