I must say since I got a really good bass guitar I haven't used anything more than the Logic Ad-Limiter for mastering.

The bass I'm using sits so well with the rest of my mixes so I don't even bother using multiband compressor anymore. I leave that to the limiter to even out the worst.
 
Thanks for the info dude! I ask because when hearing the raw files of your Recto, for example, then hearing the final product, it's like hollllly shit that sounds massive!
