And for the record, Vanishing Point were once again amazing. Quite simply they have to be the top and most professional band in the country at the moment. I know for a fact they gained a few more fans from last.

Thanks for the cool compliment Sydo , we try to do our best even when we dont have a soundcheck and I try to do my best when playing with a twisted ankle heh heh , I got a little excited in Adelaide hah hah .

Season of Sundays rocked the only time I've seen that one live, but Bring on the Rain took on a whole new dimension.... that song sounds awesome live.

BLS were awesome too... but far too slow for me in the middle. Did the whole triple piano song thing and then they went into a guitar ballad... it just slowed it down way too much.

I agree. Just one or two ballads would have been enough.
We couldn't even see him when he was sitting at the keyboard!

At a gig like Vai, that would have been terrible. To not actually be able see the guitar being played (as was the case for most of the Zakk gig) is pretty damn frustrating.

Yeah it was terrible. Great show, and Vai was awesome, but I struggled to see the guitar at all.

Ballads = uke:One ballad in the set is ok, but any more than that is just gay, unless it's Skid Row.
