GR is a good album. I like the production on the whole, but I preferred the rhythm guitar sound off of BWP the best. I actually really liked Diabolus, but I second the negativity towards God Hates Us All. I think it was somewhere around the part when Tom screams, "I keep the Bible in a pool of blood so that none of its lies infect me" when I realized that Slayer had just done fell off.:erk:

I don't credit Bob Rock with the downfall of Metallica. Bob Rock is just responsible for allowing St. Anger to see the light of day sounding like a rough, crappy, demo. He makes Ross Robinson's albums sound good.

I think it's great so far. My only problem is the sudden appearance of nu-metal riffs in some places. Not that bad, it's just that about one section per song suddenly sounds like Disturbed or Godsmack before becoming Lacuna Coil again, just weird b/c I've been listening to them since early '99...
