basically i came across some reviews, took a chance with all three albums, and by the time i came to the the last i was hooked. i like power metal but i rarely get to hear it heard played this way and the vocals are incredible.

put the album back on to see where i had problems. garms definetly not bad but still not sure. simens backing vocals on the beginning of MofD are perfect when matched with garm. takes a while for me to get into him on this song. great lyrics but the vocal melody seems more designed to be like...

the best thing about SC was how it gave the persuader boys a chance to get more music out there but i still like the eden burns album more so i can survive without another SC album though one more would be cool.

i pulled out the la masquerade album for a listen(its been a while) and as usual i get hit with the same impression: the musics great, the theatrical feel is awesome and different, but i just cant get into garm on the album(for the most part anyways). he really feels like the weak link here even...

i recommend the new my dying bride album. i really dig the vocal melodies on this one.

im with you on this one too but only in that the messiah debut is better. im more partial to ancient dreams perhaps but im not quite sure.

very well put. my only qualm with the band is that they probably make the songs 1-2 min longer than they need to be.
