For a long time I've used broomstick bass, a sample based bass plugin, to program bass for my songs. I've been out of the recording scene for a little while and I'm trying to get back into it. Does any one know if there's anything decent that similar (sample based) for programming guitars?

I'd add some predelay to that snare to make it pop out more, unless that's all room, then I'd blend in a bit of sampled snare

As much fun as full on crack hits all the time more, I'd vary the velocities some more, especially on kick and toms Also, I'd make a parallel comp bus for your drums and slap some verb on it as well

I'm working with horns for the first time, this band has a saxophone player and a trumpeteer. I'm thinking just ldc at the end of each, but does anyone have any insight on the situation? It's for like, acoustic pop rock John Mayer Jason Mraz type stuff.

You need to click the little gear wheel, or really part of a gear wheel, for settings in the upper lefthand corner of the superior window, this should show a completely different screen with three boxes, settings, processing, and info. Click processing and change the box under outputs next to...

Yeah, but if everything else sounds good, it's gonna make the guitars sound alot better in context

Yeah vocals are wayyy too loud, and it sounds kind of dark, I'd add some more highs, but other than that sounds pretty good!
