...absolutely excellent. This was easily the best performance I've seen out of them (I think I've seen them 5 or 6 times now). Tons of energy, tons of moving around on the stage, lots of aggression; but at the same time they looked like they were having a great time on the stage. I was a bit worried what they'd sound like with Bryan from Clifton filling in but damn, he did a great job on vocals. Very different than Nathan, but it still fit really well with the music. They closed out the night with Last Fantasy Of Christ, which is probably my favorite Vehemence song.

Thine Eyes Bleed were pretty good, lots of excellent riffs and damn good drumming. Clifton was also very impressive, I was expecting something completely different after what I was told by one of my friends but they were great.

As far as local openers go; Barefoot Barnacle started it off and did a great job - I can't really describe their music but its quite 'crazy'. I really want to see them get a singer though. Embalmed (traditional death metal) played right before the touring dudes and they laid down a killer set. There were two more bands, but I didn't really dig 'em or recognize their names.

Anyone else go?

I sure as hell was there. Enmity, I'm assuming you must be Rob so a big hello to you!

I've also got to say that Vehemence put on the best performance I've ever seen from them (it was my 3rd time seeing them live). We (Embalmed) had such a great time playing the show and reconnecting with our buddies in Clifton. Bryan fuckin owned the stage and I'm sure won over all of the Vehemence fans. His low end vocal were dead on and his high shrieks added a killer new element to Vehemence's sound. Thine Eyes Bleed were cool to see, I love their song "Cold Victim," but that's the only one I know of theirs so I wasn't familiar with the rest of their set. My band played with Clifton in December and instantly befriended them, so it was awesome to share the stage with them again. They're one of the few metalcore bands that know how to do it right. Lots of energy, great stage presence, and no need for cheesy emo singing. Overall it was a great night, probably the best vibe I've seen at a show in a long time. Can't wait for Vehemence again in May with the other temp. singer, hopefully he can pull it off just as well as Bryan did.

Sounds like an awesome show. Wish there were playing here on this tour, but the only Texas date is about as far from me as they can get without leaving the state, so I'm waiting for May to see them time number 4. I'll be seeing them in Arlington for sure, with a slight chance of catching another show or two in Texas.

So the temporary vocalist did a good job huh? Glad to hear that.

Yes sir.. It is Rob. What's up Pat? You guys were awesome. One of the best moments during the night was the synchronized circular headbanging that you guys were pulling off during one section of Human Jigsaw, I think it was.

The only thing I didn't like about the show was the lack of a turn out, but that's somewhat expected for Seattle (even more so on Easter).
