300, the movie

of course the movie won't be historically accurate for the battle of Thermopylae (sp?) cause its taken from the comic book which isn't accurate.
You can see in one of the trailer this guy with huge blades instead of his arms. There's a little fantasy added to it... fantasy in the action sequences too... i mean this greek guys seems to make a 20 meter jump with his armour.
this movie will just be awsome (i hope).

I do wish there would be some good historically accurate movies, but I am not complaining about this - it's based on afrank miller novel, he admitted to making it more fantasy; perfectly acceptable for me.

Hopefully most of the lines won't be yelled like in the trailer though....





and fuck that viking movie coming out.
