What about Halford. They are having a new album comming out at the end of the year, and also are planning on some touring i would think... Nobody has mentioned them, and they would be a much better fit than priest, budget wise...

Plus they at least tour here often, unlike sayyyyy Maiden. So we can see Rob in any form many times.
