In The Flesh was released first and probably written a few years before it came out anyway. It's a big mess and I wouldn't get into too much as I don't want to start a Brainstorm/Symphorce vs. PoS war here. I would be outnumbered although the evidence is stacked up on Franck, although he is probably a really cool guy, it is extremely obvious of what happened and was brought up in some interviews and he contradicted himself when asked in a few different interviews.
