yeah, ive got one of those too. is your B string really floppy and undefined? thats probably the main reason i dont play mine often. perhaps it just needs a set up

I must admit I like floppy strings. My band recorded a new song this summer and I used this bass and the result was ok even with the last string (the song called breakdown: www.myspace.com/killemthrash). I'm gonna try a higher gauge though, but this has become my main bass. I love the bartolini custom electronics.

most problems of definition I've found are related with amps and cabinets, so I like to go direct and the sound rocks.
