Adagio question

Actually they only have two, and it's a shame. The thing is that it took about 3 years for Underworld to come out, this is because Stephan Forte does all the songwriting by himself. After finally writing all the material he has to send each member their own respective parts to get them recorded. Well at least that is how it was......hopefully now that the band is more structured member wise the next one will be out quicker than the last one was. I mean now that he has a full time keyboard player and David Readman has devoted himself to Adagio. Also, since the drummer stopped with music all together and they will hopefully find a full time drummer for the group like they did with the keyboardist. Before, all members of Adagio except for Stephan were from other bands, except Franck, and played for Stephan as a side project.

whats the 3rd album cover in there mp3 section on there site?

i heard from my guitarist (meedleyx10) that Stephan started writing a new album for Adagio. if this is wrong, yell at him, not me. im just sittin here spreadin' rumors and muchin' on a rice krispie treat.

That third album on the site, if I remember correctly, is called The Alchemists. That is just a compilation of skilled prog/metal guitarists and keyboardists and is just music with no vocals. I think it was posted on the Adagio site because the album has that same neoclassical sound as Adagio and was probably liked by Stephan. I like it a lot but cannot find it for sale online anywhere.

BTW.....I don't doubt that Stephan is writing stuff for the next album, he started writing stuff for Underworld right after Sanctus Ignis released but it takes so long for him alone to write all of the material that he has to start asap. Hopefully this time it will get done faster, but if it takes 3 years to create and album as spectacular as Underworld, then by all means take 3 years to do it!

I talked to Stephan yesterday and asked him about the third album he is writing.. yes he is composing a new album now which he hopes to have finished by the end of the year and released very early 2005. He said he wants to take it in an even heavier direction than Underworld, yet still with classical elements and Davids smooth melodies, and the new cover is a bit of a secret, but he said has SOMETHING (he wont say what) to do with Depeche Mode.. anyway thats all straight from the horses mouth.
