Hi guys!!

I did this album this summer in Madrid for a Spanish band called Dawn Of The Maya. It's some sort of screamo/hardcore/metalcore thing. Some of you may like it as it's not for everybody, especially in this board :headbang:.

In this page you can listen to 2 songs (sorry, MySpace quality...)
www.myspace.com/dawnofthemaya

Here are two studio reports (sorry, in Spanish):

Anyways, I think this is the best production I've made up to date.

Here's a link to purchase the album if you like it:

9€ via PayPal (info@fragmentrecords.com) shipping included

Anyways, I hope you like it ;)

Cheers!!

i loved the "proxima estacion" part :)
the same voice in barcelonas metro!

btw. the first song in the video,is that from the band ?
im confused, because production on the last song in the video sounds different...

No, the background music at the beggining is just music they put on the video, don't know the bands... The actual music from them comes at the end of the videos and crossfades the sound of the camera with the final mix till the end of each video.

Cheers!

Thanks for the comments!

Kick was a sample I got, little processing (just eq and a bit of compression), snare was the real snare mixed about 50% with Slate's snare15 z1. Compressed to hell and back and some eqing (mainly high boost, mid cut, low boost).

Unfortunately I lost the computer with the mixes (I still have the raw tracks), so I won't be able to give you more details.

Toms were natural as well, no samples.
