Found a review for it that states "I can honestly say I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that these guys sound like a mix of Naglfar, Dissection and "Heartwork"-era Carcass." I'm sold on that description, will have to take a closer look.

I can't come up with my own favourite so far, perhaps it's Drudkh or Into Eternity.

Sphynx was released in 2003, unless there's a very very new album i'm unaware of???

..and yeah, hopefully the new Woods of Ypres will kick my ass.
