I think its funny that after The Faceless change their style a little people are now accusing them of stealing riffs from bands, hell I saw a couple people on YT saying they sold out and sound like Opeth now

Many other people posting on these vids agree. Now, in terms of death metal or metal or whatever you want to lable it, Planetary Duality sounded very different from the rest of the scene. That is what makes it so great. Everyone is entitled to an opinion so what makes you so fucking special? why do you slam others opinions?"

That album sounds like symphonic carnival death metal. I've never heard anything like it really. Was never a fan of the band until this one either though...

this actually made me want to give the faceless another chance. their old stuff imo was just another tech death soup. nothing stand out or memorable, just a swamp of crazy expert level instruments.
i know its old but i always come back to these when i want something absolutely brutal

Planetary Duality is a great album from the faceless. It has an eerie alien atmosphere that makes the album stand out. Soo good.

There definitely is a catharsis in occasionally just going bananas in an argument on a message board. It's kinda like listening to talk radio and yelling at it even though the host can't hear you. Blood boiling during it, but afterwards you're kinda relaxed.
