I've been listening to the Jeff Loomis solo album a bit over the last few weeks. It's decent, but not great. Lots of shredding, but not enough substance. Cool to see that Jeff is capable of releasing something like that though. I'm sure he put a lot of time into it. The Michael Manring bass solo on the 5th track is amazing.
