Albums currently kicking your ass

[Talos of Atmora]

Probably the best retro-tech-thrash-proper album so far.

By the time I got to Lost Chapter E.: Sutratma when I first heard this, I was like, "So, yeah, album of the year."

Also, in remembrance of this 2010s classic, here's this dumb review for the album that almost made me pass up this band.

tbf I don't think it's that original either. There's at least one song that takes really heavily from Think This and there's other little nods here and there all over the album. But it's still well done and confident enough that it doesn't really detract.

Satan's Satyrs is a band I really wanted to like but I just dont. Wild Beyond Belief was pretty cool but the production was awful because they tried to make it too retro sounding. idk, I guess I like the idea more than the execution.

I'm certainly not fapping over them on Yoda's level. For me it's the vocals that primarily turn me off.

Shylmagoghnar - Emergence. Their album from this year was a massive letdown, but it did bring back back to binging this one from 2014. Would recommend if you're in the mood for some slightly brighter Meloblack.

The Headless Horsemen was promising but nothing came of it, except for a spot on a 90's horror movie soundtrack.
