Going back and listening to some albums from 2018 that I checked out. This one rules, but still not that many that really impressed me this year.

This one will be making my 2018 list. Good riff diversity, consistent intensity, production is solid, and you can hear the bassist.

The guy from the band Holyarrow showed me those guys. Cool dude, obsessed with metal from his country and shares a lot of good stuff. His rants about Chinese history are amusing too.

It's a likely on my list at the moment too, but I still have a lot to listen to.

probably too polished and radio-ready ultimately, but this is one of the better NWOBHM reunion albums out there (not a high bar i know). doubt it'll make my 2018 list or even HMs but i wanted to recommend it somewhere, the majority of songs are a lot of fun. gotta love that ridiculous cover art too. if you enjoy this and this, check it out--if you don't... don't.

regardless, everyone should familiarise themselves with trespass' legendary 1979 single one of these days, one of these days.
