Rick Wartell from Trouble is in this band. They play grungy stoner metal with not much doom. Sounds like going to a local bar to hear a band play originals and they sound like Alice in Chains, but it's really fucking good. Not quite AIC good, but good nonetheless.
Sad it's not very popular, but such is the case with obscure bands who only released one album. It's not enough to build a cult following off of, unless it's the type of album that blows away basically everyone who listens (see Blod-Draum, which I'm listening to next).
Plenty of mediocre shit with a negligible following gets reissued, especially the fetishised Swedish scene (eg Authorize and Epitaph). Probably more a rights issue, because the original label reissued it in 2016 but it's considered unofficial.
Eurorecords (label that signed Internal Decay) only had like 4 releases, might be different if it were a larger label. Imo A Forgotten Dream is a good album though. It's not the most cohesive or well put together but it has atmosphere and riffs.
This on the other hand is a pretty universally agreed upon classic, gotta love it
